Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible — each tour runs once a week and seats only 4 guests. Popular summer dates fill up weeks out. Booking 2–4 weeks ahead is a safe bet.
Where exactly do you pick me up?
Door-to-door from any hotel, Airbnb, or accommodation in the Fairbanks area. Just provide your address when booking and I'll be there at the agreed time.
Can I book a private tour for just my group?
Yes — private bookings are available any day of the week. Contact me directly with your preferred date and tour and I'll put together a custom quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds up to 48 hours before your tour. Within 48 hours I'll do my best to reschedule you on a future date at no extra charge.
Do you operate year-round?
Yes. Summer tours focus on wildlife, midnight sun, and gold rush history. Winter tours feature aurora borealis viewing, dog mushing culture, and ice sculpture. Each season has its own magic.
Is there a minimum age for tours?
Most tours welcome all ages. The Arctic Circle Drive is a long day (14 hours) and better suited for children 8 and up. Let me know your group's ages and I'll advise.
