Liability Waiver

Yukon Wild Alaska — Participant Liability Waiver & Release

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any tour, excursion, or activity offered by Yukon Wild Alaska ("Company"), operated by Guy Peters, located in Fairbanks, Alaska, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk. I understand that outdoor adventure activities in Alaska — including but not limited to travel on remote roads and highways, exposure to extreme weather conditions, wildlife encounters, hiking on uneven terrain, and activities in sub-arctic environments — involve inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. These risks include, but are not limited to: personal injury, illness, property damage, and death. I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown.

2. Release of Liability. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Yukon Wild Alaska, Guy Peters, their employees, agents, officers, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me while participating in any tour or activity, or while on the premises or in transit.

3. Medical Conditions. I certify that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in the tour. I accept full responsibility for disclosing any relevant medical conditions to my guide prior to departure. I authorize emergency medical treatment in the event I am incapacitated and unable to provide consent.

4. Weather & Conditions. I understand that Alaska weather and road conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably. Yukon Wild Alaska reserves the right to modify, shorten, or cancel any tour at any time for safety reasons. In the event of a safety-related cancellation, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Conduct. I agree to follow all instructions given by the guide, behave responsibly, and not engage in any conduct that endangers myself or other participants. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

6. Photography. I grant Yukon Wild Alaska permission to photograph or video record me during the tour for use in marketing materials, social media, and the company website, unless I notify the guide otherwise prior to departure.

7. Governing Law. This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Acknowledgment. I have read this waiver in its entirety, I understand its terms, and I sign it voluntarily. I am 18 years of age or older, or I am the parent/legal guardian signing on behalf of a minor participant.
